Hello I paid $20.60 to receive 20 credits, but upon pressing the purchase button my browser suddenly crashed. I checked my Paypal to find that the payment did go through to the site safecharge. I contacted them for a refund to remake the purchase but their support team has told me I have to contact the representatives of this site to get either a refund or the credits that I paid for.
