    After two successfull transactions through middleman transaction which i paid to Experttuna https://www.playerup.com/members/experttuna.177915/

    I paid for a third order of $8 after 2 days there was no response form Expertuna on delivering the order and he has been coming online and going off, so i decided to cancel the order and get a refund. Uptil now playerup and Expertuna have not done anything. Over one week now. Playerup is a scam and full of scammers.

    When a seller doesn't deliver your order on say Amazon.com does that mean Amazon is a scam and full of scammers @Bestking? Because that happens thousands of times everyday on Amazon.com.

    I'll save you the trouble.

    Just because a seller doesn't deliver doesn't mean they're a scam, we're a scam or the site is full of scammers.

    Not lets get to the facts here:

    1. Your transaction you cancelled after the seller apparently didn't respond to your order.
    2. The seller has not yet been paid so they haven't scammed you in anyway.
    3. On playerup end, you have not yet been billed yet for this transaction. The charge is clearly PENDING on your credit/debit card and the funds are still held in an authorization state with your bank.
    4. If you cancelled, the order will auto cancel itself after 6 to 7 business days automatically.

    By definition here a scam is someone that has frauded you of money. Nobody has frauded you of money and you're overreacting here.

    In the upcoming day or 2 here, PlayerUp will automatically cancel your order and you will not be charged a single cent for this transaction. Funds would of course return directly to your credit/debit card.

    Meanwhile if you're unhappy with the seller, https://www.playerup.com/trade/experttuna.177915/add-feedback you can leave feedback on their profile. Please don't slander the seller with misinformation as the seller didn't scam you but he would in this case be considered a "deadbeat seller" being be definition someone who wasted your time and didn't actually attend to your order.

    I am now going to close this ticket as resolved as you're already 100% protected under PlayerUp Middleman Services, no actual scam was done here and now you're just waiting on the system to automatically cancel/void your transaction.
