Our Recovery Process


1. We receive your order.


2. As soon as you make the purchase, please contact us on discord with any questions you may have. At this point, you should let us know which character you would like the recovery service to be completed on along with any special requests. i.e. "please keep my account offline whilst the recovery is in process".


3. Once you are happy with your questions we will proceed with your order, you should provide the username of the steam account and or any other form of login and password associated with the account you want the order to be completed on. Please let us know when you are happy for us to log in to your account to complete the order. The order does not need to be completed right away, a schedule can be arranged. This will be discussed via discord before hand.


4. You will be notified by discord every step of the way; from finding a raid team or a trials team etc - to letting you know when the recovery service is complete. If you would like to be notified of the drops being received throughout the process , please let us know before hand.


5. Once the order is complete. I will log out of your account right away and delete the account from our computers.



Conditions


- Your chosen character must be at the minimum power level requirement of the service you have asked me to complete. You can find out what the minimum power level requirement is by hovering over the activity in orbit.


- You must have access to the service you are purchasing.
