    All their services are trash, and they are the biggest liars in the market here. They claim followers non drop and order filled in 3 days max, but truth is they aren't able to fill my order from 3 months every time I approach them say its processing, our servers are on maintenance or we can provide another service instead of this.
    But when i told them after handling all these lies till now that I need a refund they told me on Tuesday they will refund on saturday or Sunday. And on Monday am receiving a message we will process a refund in a couple of hours and now its whole day passed and 3 months too and they aren't able to process refund. In short these guys are good at only one thing wasting time thats it nothing else am attaching screenshots too of the conversation.

    The Buyer requested his refund from us and it was delayed as it is processed using standard procedure. All the delays were already explained to him when he asked about the status.


    Everything has been communicated and explained to him. The Buyer is expecting that we magically issue his refund as if we have full authority over our local bank, PayPal, and other payment gateway channels involved in the transaction. We do not own PayPal or banks. When we issue a refund, we request the financial channels involved in the transaction. If there is a standard delay, we cannot force them to expedite.


    We have already explained to him the reason for EVERY delay. We will not post them here again and spam this thread. Just like explained to him on our last message in Whatsapp, the refund will be issued as soon as our PayPal funds are released from hold (within 5-7 business days). This is not in our control.


    If we do not issue the refund even after the money is released from PayPal hold and is available to us, he can blame us or accuse us or open any dispute, we will accept all consequences. But when we have already told him about how much time it will take to issue the refund BY PAYPAL (as per their official response), we cannot put a gun to their head and do it quickly for the Buyer just because he decides to open a dispute.


    We will wait till 5 business days. If the refund is not issued until then, you can use our own message and we will accept all legal consequences without any fight. But the Buyer will himself realize that the case will be closed exactly as we have already told him.

    Firstly why you have payment methods you can't refund money back in if you accept BTC as payment method you must have BTC as refund method too so thats how i need refund magically just like you guys get payment in your account magically in few minutes.
    Secondly am accusing you guys on wasting precious time of buyers like me who fall pray to your guys talks and your services are always in processing and never reach other end and your services are misleading too, 100% Non drop and real followers at same time.
    And as far as refund status is concerned i have been asking from 2 weeks dates are mentioned in screenshot above and you wasted my more time by keeping me on hold and if i didn't opened this thread you will not be sending last detailed message you send today with paypal screenshot attached to it that amount is on hold.

    BTC is not legal in a lot of countries. We hardly use (or prefer) BTC at all. But we started to accept the option as a payment (even though we cannot cash the money out) after receiving a lot of requests from our customers. There are a few customers (like you perhaps) who have BTC or they prefer BTC for the anonymity. We do not force our customers to pay with cards if they do not prefer to. There are a few suppliers we deal with, who also accepts BTC. So once in a while if we receive a BTC payment, we accept the payment for the convenience of our own customers, and if our third-party vendors also accept it, then we just trade that BTC. This is why we have that option, for the convenience of our own customers. We did not have to explain it to you, but after your clueless remark of "why we accept it if we cannot refund using it", we just wanted to point that we did not force you to pay in BTC. If you want a refund through BTC only, we can ask you to wait until we receive another payment on BTC. But we know it is very rare as most customers prefer cards, hence we did not want to keep you waiting without a valid reason.




    About our services being misleading. We are not sure if you are new to this business, but we just want to clarify how this works with most other sellers. You pay them, they deliver, they get the money and the trade is closed (for services that do not guarantee non-drop). After a few days, followers start dropping and go back to 0. Almost about a week later, you end up losing all those followers. Since the service did not mention "non drop", you cannot hold them responsible. This is how any normal service works. How our "non drop" service is different? Our followers do not drop, not until an Instagram update is released (or any other issues FROM instagram itself). Instagram makes changes every now and then, so does Twitter and Youtube. Even if real people starts following you all at once, they will flag your profile in the next update, unless of course it does not match with your activity. And even if they drop due to some update, we provide 100% FREE REFILL to compensate for those drops. So for a warranty period of 12-months, your followers count will not drop (if it does, it will be refilled for FREE). This is how our services are different than others, and this is why customers prefer to pay us for it (instead of paying for something that will vanish in few days including with their money). If you faced problem with your orders, you will receive a refund like you have already been told. So before calling our services misleading, please try services from other sellers and experience yourself how this whole market works. At the end you will realize, why we have such a good reputation even if you found our services "wasting".

    About your refund, just like any other business, we do not want to lose our customers. Everytime you mentioned about a refund before, we presented to you two choices, to finally cancel your order OR choose any other services and we can adjust it there. You asked to continue with other services. And so we did after your own confirmation.

    Last time you decided to finally cancel your order and go for a final refund was on August 29, 2020 (Saturday our weekly off) a few hours before our team was to go offline. Even if you count our weekly off, it STILL hasn't been 2 weeks (EVEN NOW as we are typing this response). So the math itself counter your claim that you waited "MORE THAN 2 WEEKS" for refund.


    Like we already said before, we will not repeat the same messages here and spam the thread. ALL THE UPDATES REGARDING THE REFUND were already conveyed to the Buyer. If there was a delay, it was explained to him. And rest we have already mentioned in our first message.



    About the last accusation that we wouldn't have responded if you had not "opened this dispute", please go back and take a look at your own dispute. YOU FORGOT TO TAG OUR USERNAME IN THE DISPUTE. What does that mean? WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION ABOUT THIS DISPUTE. We do not magically know everything going on in PlayerUp, we only receive a notification if a username is tagged. We were not even aware of it, until the Moderator @Hulk tagged us here, and then we received the notification here and ONLY THEN we replied here. But we had already replied back to you on Whatsapp before that ON THE SAME TIME WE USUALLY COME ONLINE EVERYDAY.


    Finally, like we mentioned and explained already, both here and Whatsapp (before receiving notification of your dispute), refund will be settled by PayPal by the end of Sunday, IF NOT, then we will settle it by ANY OTHER MEANS necessary (TransferWise). Your dispute or anything will not expedite something that we cannot control (third-party company).

    The funds were released by PayPal from hold on Saturday, as was mentioned earlier. The refund was issued to the Buyer, as was already assured to him earlier.

    The refund receipt is shown below as proof. We have never scammed anyone, nor do we intend to. We believe in fair business because we want a long-lasting professional relationship with our customers. If we start scamming people for short term benefits, it will only hurt our reputation and eventually our business in the long run.

    This was yet another unnecessary dispute where the refund was already “in process” and it was “never denied”. We hope everyone is satisfied in the end.

    Refund you guys made is received. It wasn't unnecessary dispute if i didn't put it you guys would have delayed more i thought.
    Anyways i received Refund even though it was delayed but end of story.
    And thank @PlayerUp support and @Hulk for taking notice of dispute immediately.
