I just submit an ticket to LOL support. And waiting their response

 

the first few champions were lee sin and rest 450 ip champions.

did you tell them that you bought the account ( im asking cuz they said " since youre not the original creator " in the reply ) . cuz i dont think they will recover account like that . you will need to tell player support that the account is yours

 

also tell them you still have access to the email . i can still login to the email i created it from
