Stole Money Middleman Lost account somehow

    My Location:
    Hello, my middleman changed my email and password from my account so it was able to be sold. He told me he lost it somehow and isn’t able to get it back. I was selling it for 210 euros. What if he doesn’t get my acc back will he pay it back or not. He is responsible for the account and the money that has been given to him.
