    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed
    He purchased an account 2 months ago, few days ago he messaged me that someone was logging in the account. Before I read it he went and messaged SUPERCELL that he bought account and etc. Buyer didn't wait to my response. We are the sellers and everybody here knows that this happens sometimes. Every time my buyer tells me that someone logging in and showing me an evidence i'm giving them a new account similar to the one they purchased. But this guy even didn't provide the evidence + he has not read ToS of SUPERCELL which is not totally my fault. If he would wait to my response, I could ask SUPERCELL to change the email to that account what we do usually. But now account got banned because of ToS and the buyer left bad feedback to me. I'm not responsible on the banned accounts if it's buyer's fault.

    We already blocked WhatsApp conversation so I can't see that

    This is misinformation since I never told SUPERCELL that is bought an account and I have evidence of that. As soon as I found out that someone had entered my account I directly contact TAZORATI123 I told him what exactly was going on. He told me he would give me an account in 4 days however; he did not give me an account because he blocked me before the 4 days could pass therefore; I have no communication access with him. Also they didn’t banned my account it’s locked I just need the right information to get it unlocked but apparently according to him he does not remember I also have screenshots of our conversation where he is telling me all of this.

    Firstly, I still have that conversation too. As soon as i told you to wait 4 days before i could found a new one or get the information of that account from the owner but what did you do? you didn't wait and went too message supercell. supercell locked the account and we can't do something now. you had this account for more than 2 months and now you found that someone was logging in? I'm really afraid against that since once someone told me exactly that and showed me screenshot too, when i gave him new account i found that he was logging in from the 2nd device so he got 2 accounts from me. that's why i'm a little scared against this situations.

    Secondly, You messaged me but you didn't provide any evidence. i need an evidence that someone really logs in, when another device logs in clash of clans kicks you out automatically. that's the screenshot what was needed.

    Thirdly, you just said, i told you to wait 4 days, I also have a screenshot of that and now i have a question to you. Why did not you wait for this 4 days? why did you go and messaged SUPERCELL without asking me anything?

    It's totally normal fact, Buyers often get this problem since we - sellers, we aren't 100% secured too from that. we buy accounts from other people but we don't know how did he/she get it. That's why i'm responsible on all my sold accounts. if you get this problem, i'm responsible to resolve this and exchange an account. but this situation going down now since you messaged SUPERCELL about this all, also you are the only one who can resolve this yourself. Account is on SUPERCELL ID what means you need to have an access on email what was given to you by me. Email has all of the information about account, so you need to search this all at your account since i don't have access on it anymore.

    From this everything, you are only one who can message SUPERCELL everything what is needed to unlock account.

    Don’t you understand man! As soon they logged in on my account supercell locked the account for security reason I didn’t have the chance to do anything. I just need the information to get it unlocked that’s all! I can send you evidence that I don’t have access to that account, just give me the information

    It's a lot of drama you're doing, and a lot of the things you're saying right now is a lie and it has nothing to do with what I told you! i just need the information to unlock my account is all, I paid to hold that account and it's not fair that I lose it so simple if you wanted to help me you wouldn't have blocked me from Whatsapp.
