    NOTE: Payments via CC/Debit Card might take longer as it will need to be cleared first. In your online banking's transaction history you should be able to check the status of the order you just made here, if it says "Pending" it could only mean 2 things; its either PlayerUp has yet to claim the deposit you sent or your Bank is holding it for an extended period of time which you would most likely need to call your bank and confirm that its you who have made this purchase.

    Thank you so much for replying to me.

    In terms of activating the order, yes I have. Currently it says that it is pre-activated, and the seller has yet to respond to the order. I changed my status to need mm assistance but got no help at all.

    I only have a conversation with my middleman in this order. The seller "CheaperShop" is not in the conversation.

    I've submitted my information already to verify approximately 50 hours ago. How long will I have to wait in order to get it? Thanks

    The seller wont be able to reply since the conversation is just between you and @Middleman at the moment. Only when the 3-Way Conversation ticket is where the seller can respond since its where the actual transaction between you guys will truly begin.

    Anyway, this isn't the proper section for this post as you were not scammed its just that your order hasn't started yet and is most likely still being reviewed by @Middleman

    I understand that this isn't the appropriate section for this dispute. But I've been trying to get in touch with your Middleman but to no avail.

    I hope this will be sorted out soon.

    I have made the payment 2 weeks ago and playerup is not able to track my payment . And in conversation with middleman , iam not getting responded!!.

    Screenshot is sent, screen record it sent .
    When I proceed to check out with btc , it showed me btc address and asked to pay and then fill the form , as said by playerup I did the payment, when middleman joined after the order form filled they said it's not the btc address of playerup, if it's not yours then why I was showed. Iam just asked to wait for a response from senior department and it's been 2weeks (14days) , no proper response.
