Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below As I've done my research now it seems it's outside "scammer" and PlayerUp can't do much or anything at all. Have to admit it is my own stupidity and as I was selling first time I did too little research and that's what I got. Of course scammer can make easily new usernames etc but I hope some new seller/buyer will read this and learn from my mistake. The most important thing is that they don't contact you via e-mail. I actually don't know how they knew my e-mail, that's why I trusted it, because after listing my item and I put my e-mail there then I recieved new mail. Anyway my case shortly. I had Green H'ween selling offer at other selling site, scammer contacted me there and we moved to discord, we talked shortly and he advised that playerup is simpler and easier site and middleman does all the job practically. So I listed item here and sent him the link. Then I got contacted via e-mail and after giving my paypal information I gave item over to middleman. I got new nice e-mail that item recieved and money will be trasnferred shortly but because of paypal it may take longer. So yeah, please be aware!

Does anybody have maybe real name of this scammer? I've did some research now and found many other usernames etc but has someone gone further? Some reasearch quotes from other places: "He messaged me on Kik as andreas silva name and his id was runesephi" "Edit: new discord (http://prntscr.com/ru2oo5) - hopeless scammer! Line: http://prntscr.com/rut8rs facebook: https://www.facebook.com/eric.leather.902" "I believe this is the dude's discord: Sephi#8157" Lot of topic here too about same scammer, same playerup middleman e-mail method scamm. And from my reasearch of other forums etc it seems he has been really active in 2020. There's actually massive amounts of money/items and other game currencies he has scammed. It's massive fraud. Unfortunately in my case I did gave item over in game and there's nothing I can do in that aspect. No game support for that kind of activity. But as matter of fact using those fake e-mails and acting as someone else should be punished.
We have done countless of actions against this scammer as well as many others who also fake middleman transactions whether you believe it or not. It really just boils down to people reading guides about how our Middleman Service works before proceeding with deals which i believe is just a common sense to do since money is involved but many fail to do so.
@Help your email can easily to be spoof. You should do more protection for the seller/buyer in future. From my experiance, i can sending/received email from [email protected] I'm not judging. I'm just share of my experiance being attackter before.
