The image says a user made an offer for your account and you just gave away your account like that? You have been scammed by someone.Try to recover the account.

This is how our middleman service works. @Intermediate. is not affiliated with us, its a scammer who have been continuously creating a lot of accounts that has names that would look like they are a PlayerUp staff.
Please follow @Support's instruction and contact the game developer team to get your account back as you were indeed scammed.

Before you do any transaction on the internet you should follow the guides provided by the website or atleast check the profile of the person you are doing transaction with.
I'm glad you got it back, we do ban these accounts but he just keeps on creating a lot of it while also using VPN to hide his tracks so we can't do much about it. The best thing is for people to read the guidelines that are available in the site to avoid getting scammed especially with fake middleman transactions like this.
