Does it look like I want to talk to you or enjoy this any more/less than you do, the fact is I paid the full money and got nothing. Say what you want, truth is I did not contact Supercell and first time I tried to login it already failed. I do not know why the account is locked and why you cannot unlock it but just admit the account wasn't good enough to sell, refund my money and move on. I returned everything back to you already. I am also fed up arguing with you over pointless accusations when it is the support team that needs to do more. So just be quiet and let support handle this, the more posts, the harder it will be for them.

 

Need some proofs to be shown of the claims you guys are telling us here.

 

Screenshot proofs are all scattered in 40+ posts of 3 way convo, both seller and I can agree account is locked so...

 

This has been going on for months, support needs to do more to help...

@Middleman is inside the ticket, get seller to release account details to you guys, login to the account yourselves and will see crystal clear what is going on. I am on live chat with VIP support too.

It says clearly to enter a security code to unlock, if seller has any ownership to sell this account they should have that code and be able to unlock, otherwise they could have just stolen this account off someone else, the fact they can't unlock means this account is not theirs to sell.

We explained in the delivery note that if you do something and get the account locked or banned is your own responsibility, and we explained how to prevent that

You're right I don't know much about Supercell at all, because I never even managed to login to the game. I logged into the Gmail email address to change the details, password and email to secure it, opened the game and it said it couldn't find any game account (as seen in screenshot on this dispute starter post).

I change the recovery email back to yours for you to have a look and later that day you post a screenshot saying it is locked (3 way conversation), so yes you are the one saying it is locked I'm just going with what you're saying since I can't see it. But your screenshot asks to enter a code for it, so explain why you can't enter that code if that account is yours to sell.

 

I have used both you and my evidence to piece this together here, but you can't even support your side of the evidence, outrages. If you can't unlock the account, who's to say this account belongs to you and didn't steal it off someone else to sell to me? The fact you can't unlock it suggests this account does not belong to you.

We can't really say its stolen, since majority of the sellers here just re-sells, basically they buy from someone either thru meet-ups or other buy and sell platforms online for cheap price then sells it here and gain profits and base on their track record it could just be what i just explained.

 

Then what can we do about it, there's too many security concerns if that is the case.
