Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I purchased an Exos Heroes account from lola25 via Middleman last Saturday, 15 August 2020 and the seller delivered the account on Sunday, 16 August 2020. I checked the details in gmail and in-game and everything seems okay so I changed the password given by the seller and login the account to my devices. On Monday 17 August 2020, I change the status to Buyer - Confirm Delivery then Lo and behold the following day, Tuesday 18 August 2020 Google sent me a SMS telling me that the account was locked due to suspicious activity in which I immediately reported in our 3-way conversation and change the status to Buyer - Need MM Assistance in which the seller replied that he didn't do anything and willing to help me if I can't recover it. However, it's been 2 days after that last reply from him and even with frequent follow-up he didn't respond to any of my messages in our 3-way conversation and in discord and google says that they can't verify that I am the owner of the gmail account so they are still revoking my access to the gmail account. So now I am left with a locked gmail account with no access at all and the Seller won't even budge to help me recover it after paying for the account. I requested for a refund but no response yet as of the moment. PS. I know the amount isn't that large, however I am questioning the integrity of the Seller here that he is willing to risk his reputation and name just for $18.
