This means features such as changing phone number are restricted. It takes 30 days for phone number changes to go through, and phone number is required for everything. The seller wasn't cooperative with changing any account information during the buying process. This means that the number was never able to be changed, and in turn, no other personal data requiring a phone number. Second, the seller says they don't have a bank account, and claims that they can't send their PlayerUp Credit to PayPal, and supposedly quotes messages regarding PayPal in our DMs. (I do not use PayPal so I couldn't verify the messages he quoted regarding it.) These are message logs between myself (Mayo) and the seller that scammed me (Znqua). These are directly copied from our chats and are only doctored to remove the following: One obnoxiously large emoji that was super sized in the pasting process, one image of my bank account transaction history that I used to prove to him that I did pay, and our profile pictures. EXPLANATION FOR THE STATEMENT THAT I DIDN'T PAY: OBVIOUSLY, I did. My money was taken out of my debit checking account and was transferred to his PlayerUp account. He confirms this in the message log I took off Discord, ime stamps are in each message. The statement that he didn't get a single dollar is blatantly false and sly because he makes the statement that he made no money. The truth is, he doesn't have a bank account and cannot transfer the money I sent him out of PlayerUp Credit. My suspicion is that he took the account back for resale, because any person who wasn't trying to scam wouldn't jump the gun and STEAL an account. Since this is a serious topic, I screenshotted the message where he confirmed that he got the money to me. PROOF OF PAYMENT (Click here to see his proof of payment, he sent this to me through discord in the form of a screenshot.) IMPORTANT NOTES - As it stands, I lost everything. I lost the money to pay for the account, I lost my time for dealing with the seller, who clearly didn't know what he was doing because I needed to walk him through everything even though it's my first time on the site, and arguably most importantly, I lost the very thing I paid for.
