    basically i was supposed to buy Lexar for 25 bucks and he offer vinnyxo also to me for total of 200bucks for both account, so we agree both that i will purchase Lexar first just to check if he is not a scammer. So i sent the money through paypal paying him for 25 bucks. then suddenly he keep insisting that i withdrew the money, how can i withdrew the money which i just sent him the payment i sent him the my email and screenshot thats its completed payment transaction. So from our conversations he wants me to pay again because he keep saying i withdrew the money. So i checked paypal and they said that my payment was completed, then i filed a dispute in paypal. he even lied to me that he is a verified paypal user which was not. If you need the chat log i will provide it upon request, hopefully this guy wil get banned permanently

    not yet paypal giving him to reply in 10 days after that they will take actions and refund me, it was last march 5 so by march 15

    hello admin i paid through paypal with my bank account, paypal responded and i won the dispute, they returned my money and they will investigate the guy
