    Im buying an account that is around 90% collection for Historic or Standard.
    Jump-Start and Historic Anthology are a mega plus.
    I prefer if you have all the mastery bought and done.
    If you done the events, get some of the exclusive arts you have more points :P

    Im not on a budget but i will only pay good money for an account that fill all my needs, i can buy lower end ones but will pay a lot less.

    I described the ideal account already.
