    well you can call up an attorney and sue the counterpart for the damages to the car and the medical bills that you suffers. i did that when my previous car got hit by some guy that was on his phone while driving

    well i say if my car is fine and just a few dints or scratches, i would just let it go. too much hassle with paperwork for that small of a problem
