I was playing on the account today and I bought 50$ worth of packs and in the middle of it he logs on from he device and logged me out and he has threatened me he will recover the account through Konami. I want a refund because he still has access to the account just by opening up the game from his device it will constantly log me out and he sold me the account anyway knowing he still had access to it. I need a middle man to step into my 3 way conversation please to cancel my order and get a refund! I cannot have this account anymore.

So basically what happened here is the seller provided the buyer the account, everything was good. The seller inquired about payment which it's cleared listed in his private ticket it can take up to 144 hours as 1st time sellers have delays on receiving payouts to protect the buyer to ensure problems like this are avoided as 95% of problems with an account occur in the 1st week of receiving it. Shortly after everything was secured, the buyer then reported the seller still has partial access to the account: I'll let you guys work things out here. Either returning the account or proceeding with the sale is okay with us but you 2 can work this out and go from there. Buyers concern is obviously you have access to the account so why is he going to invest time into this if you're still logging in. You can’t lie your way out of this, I provided the screenshots in this thread of our conversion yesterday to the moderator and you admitted you had access to the account and that backs up my claim. Yes you did login because it kicked me off to the home screen while I was on the account purchasing packs. I know how it goes two people can’t be on the account at the same time the last person that logs in will get kicked off to the home screen I’m not stupid. You’re welcome to review the screenshots I provided to review what you said but it’s pointless to lie, that 400$ I spent is hard earned money that I’m not going to waste on constant uncertainty, when you get your account back relist it and sell it to someone else.
