Exploiting User is selling a banned account

At the time of creation, this topic showed a normal seller selling a normal account, all fine and good.

Thing is, eventually the account got removed from the system ingame and that happens when the username doesn't match when you check the profile using the command "/profile <username>" or when the account gets banned.
The 1st situation isn't happening because for it to be true, the name in the forums will update, the game and the forums are in a way linked, username and avatar for example will always be the same asside from sych issues.

So naturally, as it is common in the warframe section, players that get the account banned usually lock the topics or mark the account as sold, it's mainly to prevent users from messaging over and over asking if the account is for sale, there's nothing for sale.

I asked and the seller claimed TWICE that the account hasn't been sold and is for sale

Is this a new thing, sellers selling a banned account that can't be used by anyone.

You can easily ask the seller for a picture that somehow includes something recent in the game, like the news log in the orbiter (this includes how long ago a certain update happened), he likely doesn't have one stored and so he will need to login in order to take the picture and i garantee the user will be unable to do so.

Warframe > use any chat > Type "/profile vsjqtcqm"

You will receive the message "user does not exist"

That's a clear indication that the account is banned IF he didn't change his name.
You can request the seller account name if you wish, but given that the profile he showed matched the name, i am 100% sure that the account cannot be used by anyone, i actually saw his profile in my own point of view and the looks, the numbers, all was a match.
At the moment of my reply, this was no longer the case, account vanished.

I repeat, it's normal for warframe account sellers to lock or mark the account as sold even if the account was never sold.

Buyers will keep bumping the topic and message him, i gave him a good advice, the last thing i expected was for him to say that the account is for sale, because if it is, he needs to update the topic with a clear "this account is banned and has no use"

 

I am waiting for Warframe supprt contact as it seems an automatic system has locked account after changing alias name. It's well known issue on Google search. I will update the topic when they unlock the account and explain situation. I repeat again, its my private account, was playing it for few years. I didnt login for few weeks so wasn't aware of the problem. The accusations are unfounded

As i said above, its not an intended action. Warframe service wrong detects account activities. It is well known problem, reported by many players. I have sent ticket to support and they are going to unlock account soon.
Dont you have your own life and worries? Stop spamming and wasting my and moderator time, please.

 

Given your replies so far you're going to delay the action for months, players and moderators are going to ask you for updates and you'll always claim support will reply soon, even a year from now you're gonna say "soon"

If this is the case, it would appear in the system, when an account is removed and no one can find it means that either the username was wrong OR it's banned for good
There are only these 2 options and you're delaying the situation by making up a 3rd option, that the account still exists and will be unlocked

You're selling a banned account, can a moderator pls smack some sense into the scammer? The topic isn't going to remain open, because that's what he wants, he wants to sell a banned account and then bail and he is willing to delay this under the premise "it's going to re-appear in the system"

I also note that he is stating that the account was removed because he changed his name.
If this was the case he wouldn't be able to take screenshots of the account and neither would i be able to see it ingame, it took quite a while for the account to disappear, an autoflag system is instant, it doesn't take like 3 weeks to act, user continues to mislead everyone

Once the issue is fixed on the certain account then you may continue selling it otherwise please refrain from doing it again. You may still continue selling other accounts if you want to as long as it has no issues and is safe and clear to be put on sale.
