@Hulk , yes i am the original owner of this account , but is not the real name on my account birthday etc., as i already told here, and i only used it to play games .
i ve tried so many times to recover the account but i couldn't , i need the national id to recover the account (photo iD)

 

@Hulk you can see this is the first time i ever tried to sell an account on any site .

 

@Hulk Sure this video was posted on march 29 and there was no restriction on that time ,
the restriction for all players that have trillions was made on june , to avoid transfering chips between the accounts.
If you dont have enough chips to play in big tables they don't restrict you becouse you can't access them anyway but once you reach 1 trillion your account get restricted to play big tables
,So basically zynga is forcing players to buy chips from they website .
Everybody that plays zynga poker knows about the restriction , The buyer knows too but he is trying to find an excuse to take the account for free .

I haven't seen any evidence that all accounts with over 1T chips are banned from these tables anywhere, just the contrary actually. I've shown video of people playing at these tables, a quick Google search about the restrictions results in just more instances of people's accounts banned from high stakes for illegally transferring chips and violating TOS and that "Zynga is under no responsibility to remove these restrictions"

 

Also, his claim that he is the original owner but can't recover the account is odd, how could that be? This might be evidence that the account he was selling was a stolen account to begin with. Regardless, I don't want the account because it's banned from high stakes for cheating, my position is as simple as that. I didn't change the password or e mail, I just asked for the money back

If your account was caught illegally transferring chips and violating ToS of zynga they will suspend your account or ban your account .( is the same thing ) as it happens in every game .
The restriction is for accounts that have trillions in order to don't sell chips online , to avoid transfering chips between players ,and buy from zynga poker site . As i told already (12.5billion =99$)
he is also telling here that the restriction is forever , is another lie the restriction is for the moment .

So if my account was caught illegally transferring chips and violating ToS of zynga they would have banned my account or suspended my account .
You can transfer chips in 1m/2m stakes also but the process would be slow that you will get caught from zynga system and get banned .

I have never sold or transfer zynga poker chips never becouse i know you can get banned and also the other person that is receiving those chips will get banned , thats why i posted my account for sale , not chips .

HERE'S ANOTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The accounts are only restricted to play 1m/2m stakes -hold'em.(In hold'em you can easy transfer the chips from player to player )
in tournaments you can play sit &go and spin &win up to 20billion . (in tournaments is very hard to transfer chips between accounts ) so in tournaments there's no restriction.

i already provided that he has the account so is very easy give my account back and he can get his money back .
he even admitted it in 3 way conversation.

can the buyer or someone else explain to me why my account was restricted and not banned or suspended if my account was illegally transfering chips ?

The only explanation to this that all account that have trillions are restricted to play high stakes to avoid transfering chips between players

So if my account was stolen how could you add your number to the account .
So you stole my account and now your telling me -account he was selling was a stolen account to begin with.

i can guarantee you i'm the only owner of that account i never thought to recall the account after selling like someother people do here as i was reading in the other disputes .

This is the first time ever i tried to sell an account online in any site i'm new here so i didn't know that someone can use it like you did.

So if my account was stolen how could you add your number to the account ?

 

If you're the original owner of the account,all the info in the account would be yours so you can recover the account. Just recover the account, I didn't change ANYTHING on the account, I don't want it. I don't have any access to the account and there's no way for me to recover it from Facebook as I'm not the creator. The only person who can recover the account now is the seller, as he says he is the original owner/creator of the account. He is making excuses of why he can't recover it with stories about Facebook asking for his national ID which is ludicrous, Facebook doesn't have that info so he can keep the money and the account

 

The buyer is playing dirty here .
I gave the account to you , you logged in changed the email and password and even added your number to the account.
and still you are trying to keep the account and the money too .
i already told here that i only used that account for games and the reasson why i can't recover the account so if you want just to spam here you can do it by repeating everything that was said already in the thread so probably the moderators won't understand that you have the account and are refusing to give it back .
