IG account Not Delivered, Fake Email address

    I paid for the 1k Hot Girls Instagram account with username con_ev_fans from IG Shop yesterday. I logged in yesterday to the account and made a post but I returned today I tried logging into the account but accsess was denied saying wrong password, I tried resetting the password but I was told that the email account doesn't belong to any account.
    I also noticed that the post I made on the account was removed.

    I also tried checking the email but i noticed that another hotmail address was linked to it, the email address he sent me is from mail.com and I didn't even receive any notification from instagram which is not supposed to be so, even if I log in to my IG account instagram will still notify me of login from a different location.

    I chatted IG Shop on whatsapp telling about the issues I had but he only reads my message and won't reply any of it.

    It's not possible with Instagram, the IG account you sent to me was never linked with the email address from mail.com. And as you can see on the IG account that I've paid for 200 followers that's on it now.

    I refunded u on paypal which from i get payment, i dont care works paypal in your country or not, u didnt notice about that in time, i dont give u new account and i dont pay u more, cause refund was made
