The account was banned hours after it was transferred to me. Thank you.

The buyer purchased the account and it was in good perfect standing, the fact that the buyer was banned hours after logging into the account leads me to believe the buyer did not use a proxy and/or used an email address that was linked to another Quora account and therefore was banned due to sock puppeting. Furthermore, the buyer keeps stating that account was “ready for ban” prior to him buying account, however I challenge that statement and ask the buyer for what specifically leads him to believe the account was “ready to be banned” Quora is going to ban an account the moment they notice an not hours or days later.
Hi Tvanhaus, I have a record of purchasing Quora accounts. I had no issues in the past The email address I used was an aged/clean one without issues. I'm assuming you did not read my PMs directed to you, nor did you put in the time to read my first post in this thread...
Hi jtlashopify- That’s great to hear that you have a record of purchasing Quora accounts in the past and are familiar with the process. I also have a record of selling Quora accounts and have sold over 25 accounts with a large success rate. I did read my PM’s that you sent after the account and transaction was finalized and you know this because you replied to my response and asked for a replacement account. In fact the last message sent was from me. I did read your first post as well so again your assumption would be incorrect, nothing in your first post suggests that my account was “ready to be banned” you received a generic ban email from Quora citing over a dozen generic reasons that the account could have been banned. If you have new information you would like to bring to the discussion I am happy to hear it, otherwise my position on the issue remains.
Regarding the request for a replacement account: Message from MM on discord - "I have reopened this ticket. Post those quora ticket messages to him and let him know what happened. Maybe he can offer a replacement account?" This is why I asked. I have received a generic ban email from Quora. Afterwards I questioned their decision. Then they sent me the message I have copy and pasted above . Your position on the issue can remain. This is why we are involving the MM and Moderators on Playerup.

Sincerely, Noah User Support Quora" If it is different than this one I don’t see it in the thread, on the other hand if it is not than this is still a generic Quora ban email as it still cites over a dozen reasons why a Quora account can be banned. Provide me evidence that the account you secured with your email “[email protected]” was going to be banned prior to you securing it and I will consider it. However I will note that this account was invited to Quora only three days prior to selling you the account so I find your claim that the account was as you put it, “in bad standing and ready to be banned.” absolutely false.
I don't know why you are arguing here. Let the mod review the facts and make the proper decision. I have multiple accounts. I live with 8 people who all have quora, reddit, instagram etc. We are all very active online. The message above is the second message I have received from Quora. I mentioned this to you. I need to speak with someone who is reasonable :\
As a responsible and reasonable seller I am trying to understand where you are coming from, and get to the bottom of the issue, so that's why I am responding to your false claims, I am not trying to argue simply correcting any factual information I see so the moderator has all relevant information. Also, 8 people that all share the same IP address and all have Quora accounts? Yea, sounds like a recipe for a sock puppet ban.
If you both agree with a 50% refund this can be closed. Neither of you are at fault and this is a process of account sales unfortunately. It is impossible to put the blame on either side because both can be at fault and we can't possibly understand who it was. But at the end of the day, he bought something that was banned shortly after the purchase which means something needs to be refunded. If 50% is suitable for you both, this can be closed and we can move on.
No absolutely not. I will not give any refund. I sell many accounts and clearly they are not getting banned as I know how to use them properly otherwise I wouldn't continue to sell them. The people who buy my accounts also are not getting bans, this leads me to one conclusion.
If the buyer purchased something and it was banned instantly, you are partially liable. If you do not agree with this you can no longer sell on PlayerUp. There are risks involved with selling the same there is with buying. If you don't want to assume any risk you are too much of a liability.
The buyer has provided NO PROOF. Buyer was asked for screenshots of email, to which he provided none.
We can wait for the picture but there is little reason for him to lie over this. If he's falsely accusing you he'll simply be banned. But a final decision wouldn't be made until proof is provided regardless. @jtlashopify - please upload it via imgur.com and post it here.
