    I have ordered at the 05.01.2020 on playerup.com.
    I have never got any Order Confirmation or Product, but my Money is gone.
    I have completed the Payment without any User Account.

    Payment Informations:
    Paid via Paysafecard with Paymentwall Inc. / Nibiru.
    05.01.2020 20:14 CET
    Transaktionamount: 21,44 USD
    Transaktions ID: w207768702 (from my.PaySafeCard.com)
    Status: finished

    I hope you will get an Solution as soon as possible for me. (I'm waiting more that 6 months now...)
