This completely unfair I cannot accept losing both the channel and my money at the same time the guy already have the channel yes I did try to sell the channel when middle man takes longer to respond I decided canceled the order after a couple of days middle man decide to refund the money to me And then I return the account back to the seller through WhatsApp now you decide to suspend my account I can’t just sit and see my money is gone for no reason

You've lied multiple times throughout this dispute, I can't take you saying "I gave him the account on WhatsApp" and take it at face value. I need proof you gave him the account back.

On top of this, you state the account is not monetized on July 7th in the Middleman 3-way ticket yet you're selling it on your thread stating it's monetized on July 18th. Your whole reasoning for wanting a refund was because it isn't monetized when that was a lie.

With that being said, why did you lie about it being demonetized?

 

I didn’t lie about the demonization was disabled the seller can be a witness about that it because I showed him they email I got from YouTube and using the software called TeamViewer after I appealed to YouTube they decided to re monetized my channel

What it looks like to me is if we didn't intervene and call out the lies you'd try to get your money back while keeping the account. You stated you gave him the account, but now you're saying you still have it. You stated it had no monetization in this thread when in reality you got the monetization back prior to this thread even being made.

I have no problem with you tried to be refunded because you didn't get what you purchase. But you did, and still tried to ruin his reputation. I'll discuss this with the team and we'll have a decision on what to do soon.

If @Middleman doesn't unsuspend you, your suspension is permanent for attempting to fraud a seller.

What you did was wrong and consequences must follow. You can discuss this decision in your suspension thread.

This is a 3 ways transaction with the participation of buyers, sellers and Middleman. He does not appear at any of these activities even if the buyer or seller requests assistance. Buyers can easily get their money back and still get the item they want without any difficulty. My transactions are subject to intermediary fees from your side, so how are my benefits guaranteed? Who will pay for the channel I sold was lost? I need the answer instead of his silence
