    Some of them have already couple of scrolls, but you might dont need more than 1. Anywhere you need to move, you`ll need 1 ticket. There are also, lot`s of alliance coins, if need to get one more +

    Yes, you can move there with just one scroll ticket. Some of accounts already have one, or have enough coins to buy a one.
