Chat Logs: All the chat happened on the 3 way conversation, he never talked to me about the issue on discord he opened the dispute directly. Hi, on the 4/8/20 I sold the account to danaio, on the 5/13/20 the buyer opened a dispute, and I noticed he directly got suspended for "terms of service violations or fraud practices". He asked for refund after a month of using the account, he claimed that he got banned from the game, he accused me of selling an account I already played on. In reality he could have looked at match history to find out if I actually played on it and would have opened the dispute or not even buy it in the first place. For all we can know is he may have passed the account to one of his friends and that may have gotten him banned from the game, or he might even have faked the ban.
