Stole Money User Cartel - refund scammer

    @crazedmonk was the email for the game support where they told you the specific orders that got refunded has dates on it?

    Unfortunately no they just told me the amount. I asked them to provide the date at which the refunds took place that lead to my ban.

    edit: had email address on there, edit to erase. They got back pretty quick. Got lucky on the Time Zones.

    I ordered from Cartel on the 1st. I think its pretty clear now. This person I'm speaking too didn't give me the information like I asked but I think its clear it was his order.

    Also note the date of 1/25/2020 I sent in the email is for when I purchased the account from a different user not on this website just off reddit. I topped up with Cartel on the 1st of February

    Also note that I had placed an order through middle man on here on 1/30/2020. After noticing he didn't respond to two messages with me setting up a date on here I contacted him on Discord to see what was up. On 02/01/2020 He initiated a cancel order and wanted to be paid through Discord. I accepted the order so I can get my money out of Escrow as soon as possible. I can provide screenshots of the attempted order.

    Where is the definite and conclusive proof that the ban is linked to our topup service?

    Facts:
    1. The purchase was done and completed by the user, reading and acknowleding the fact that we are NOT responsible and liable for any loss. The user still pursued a purchased and he got the service as provided.

    2. The refund claim is unsubstantiated because it is way beyond our period of support.
    It is now almost half a year.
    Again, purchased dates back to February 2020.
    The claim for REFUND is July 2020

    3. Moreover as stated earlier, there is no conclusive and definite proof that the ban is linked to our topup service.

    The user may have also purchased other services from other sellers prior to the ban

    This is a recent screenshot of your website that has your same "ToS" as the one you stated. Nowhere did it mention a refund date or "warranty" period. As asked by @Rolan earlier. You still have not provided proof that you mentioned a refund period or warranty in the initial purchase. Do note that if you purchased through a credit card you would have had 120 days to do a chargeback which your "3 month warranty" conventionally falls short of. You also have not provided receipts on your end as asked. If it was from someone else as you claim, why have you not proven yourself by showing the receipts? this is getting ridiculous honestly.

    It's about 6am here so I will be headed out now and I will wait for the mods to make a decision. You stated earlier that you have the money to reimburse me and I hope you do.

    Now show us your proof on your end that shows the receipt of the in-game purchases from @crazedmonk's order from your service before and/or after you refunded it and show the date when you made the refund.

    because it was clearly written "If your account gets banned,negativity or deleted, we are not liable for any of the loss."

    No matter what method we use if they agree with our TOS we are not liable to those issues ,Rolan as you are mod here you must know that and you should understand the seller Rules too,I was an old seller in this site since 2018 and only this man is complaining for what he agreed .

    If you only want to refund his 70$ no problem but if someone do this again you must protect the seller TOS too.

    What do you mean, what i want you to do? I already asked you to provide a screenshot of your receipt for this order so we could compare and see if its indeed not your service who caused the locking of @crazedmonk's account.

    Then put the method that you are using for this which is the refund method in your Terms and Conditions so you would be covered when this happens again.

    that would be impossible bro it was last feb and we dont keep any receipt since we got a lot of orders everyday.That man is keep my thread love you he comment some not good at my thread.check all his post and do you want me to settle to that man who ruin my Playerup name.

    And why would you not keep records, having a lot of orders means that its very important for you to keep track on your past and present transactions. Doesn't make sense.
