Stole Money Sold my account and havent gotten my $800

    For some reason i cant track my order, i have the transaction ID but it cant be tracked worried i just gave away my account for free ID: 251965854

    Did you read the website before you decided to transfer this information over to this random person who was sending you an e-mail?

    There are Seller Protection Icons listed all over every single thread on this website so people read them before transferring any payment or account information.



    When you click on them you go to this page: https://www.playerup.com/support-tickets/knowledge-base/middleman-sellers-guide.20/. At the very top, we clearly posted:

    Both of you need to contact the game publishers and begin the process of recalling your account since this was not an official playerup middleman transaction we cannot protect you. In the future, please read critical FAQs on the site before transferring major data over. Anyone can pretend to be from PlayerUp offsite and there isn't much we can do about this.
