Cartel is REFUND SCAMMER . DO NOT BUY Am providing proof to middleman . This transaction happened back in February. I made an order on here and he never fulfilled it for a week . When I contacted him he wanted to set it up via discord so I did . He did so to scam me . Will be providing proof to middleman with evidence . Have a screenshot of the email support sent me saying my account was banned for refunds that equal $169.94 ( I spent $60 with him to top up). Was banned no less then a month later .

Hey Dumbass. I gave you money, completed a transaction. and then 20 days later you REFUNDED THE MONEY. not to me, to the game company. I gave you money, you used that money to buy currency in the game for me- top up service duh. so the money i gave you you spent it for me, then you refunded the money getting me banned. Huh, I didn't get any money back. Now what do we call that..hmmm.. oh yeah, REFUND SCAM. "buy at your own risk" aka give me money and I'll keep it all and get you banned When people say buy at your own risk it means if the company bans you for breaking Tos. Everyone knows this. We had a succcesful transaction then all of the sudden you decided to just refund me . I got the receipts, after my last transaction I never contacted you again so there was ZERO reason for you to do it out of spite. You just wanted to do it, wonder how many others you scammed like this. Sometimes we need to not be such a scumbag, you told me you had a great reputation and you wouldn't scam anyone for $30(I ordered twice from you). And then you turn around and scam me out of $30.
