    Game Center is tied to the Apple account which will also give access to all of iCloud, Apple Pay, @icloud email, music, Apple Notes, FindiPhone, all IOS apps purchased, etc. You cannot remove or seperate Game Center from an Apple ID Account. The whole thing goes with it.
