Keep in Mind: 1-) It has premium right now but depending on when you buy it, it might have already ended. 2-) Currently it can do 4.2m (without any buffs or pots) parse on dummy but it has a good improvement capacity. Can easily do something around 5m if you play for only a few weeks. (The new exhilaration badge update will already give some more dps + getting the new neck shouldnt take much and it would increase the dps a lot + lacking a few gems in the pet slots but they can be obtained easily with the character's current condition) 3-) Has many achievements unlocked so you can get any accessory you want with cores. (Except the newest earring which came out yesterday) 4-) Has nearly all the bonus attributes unlocked. 5-) Because it is an old character it has some old event&dungeon etc costumes. Also has a lot of items piled up like rare elements, nightstones, arena keys etc. 6-) Has one empty character slot. 7-) Has some other soul badges for other specs too so you can easily change specs if you want or you can use the other badges in pvp. Character has never been sold before. 9-) I chose high end as quality but its more like mid to high end. Better for an average character for sure.
