I would go to verify it and it kept saying the email was already associated with account. But I still had the red msg where my email was. I would hit cancel button and the msg would still be there. So I was emailing them because I needed that fixed to be able to sell the account. That's when it got locked.
@Middleman please tell me, is there any fault of mine? The buyer locked the account not me, the buyer tried too many times to change the mail not me, the buyer messed up with the account not me, and now the buyer wanna from me to send my IP location, credit card last 4 pin, mail, and other stuff, there are total about 5-15 tings I have to send to the buyer! But my question is, why I send my all information to the Buyer? I didn't messed up the account! The buyer did same thing when he got the full access, the buyer locked the Email ID because he tried too much to Login, but somehow I contacted the Google account specialist team in order to help me to unlock the account, and finally I unlocked the Email with lot of efforts. Now, the buyer did the same thing. There is no proper reason against me, as I think. We are waiting for your decision @Middleman. Thanks
First off, you only can change the email once every 90 days. I was trying to VERIFY the email address. That's all I was doing. And for me locking the original email, YOU told me you took the 2fa off when you didnt.
Heres an idea since you dont want to give me the info to unlock. Give me my money back and you can take your account back and unlock it yourself.
Why I give you the Money back? There is chance sir. @Premium Guru It's fairly obvious you are not the original owner of this account. You state you're an "ethical hacker" in your signature and you sell cracked accounts. If someone has an issue with your account - help needs to be given. If he doesn't have an account, he bought nothing. This isn't acceptable and it's not something PlayerUp will condone. @Jconnors815 do you have access to the account still? Is it able to play the game currently or is it fully locked?
This could've been fixed easily if @Premium Guru just complied with the information necessary to get the account unblocked it doesn't matter if your credit card was already frozen/closed you just have to give him the final 4 digits of the card and a copy/screenshot of the receipt from your in-game purchase/s which you could get via email/online banking history. I also don't understand why would anyone bring up the one time you helped them about the issue of the account that they've bought from you, its your responsibility to assist them as much as possible to fix the issue when its clearly no one's fault. Any buyer would want to secure the account that they bought which is what @Jconnors815 did.
@Ryan I think you should know what the meaning of 'ethical Hacker' first. Lemme tell you. There are different types of hacker 1. White hat 2. Black hat 3. Brown hat And I'm white hat (Ethical) hacker. White hat hackers protects others from scammers, frauds, etc. They also work with goverment to prevent the sensitive data from Black hat (Bad) hacker. Please I request you to don't see all hackers in the same way, it affects the ethical community. Just gimme a one reason why I replace tr account? He locked the account not me. Let's suppose if I am buyer and you're a seller, I purchased an Instagram account at $250 from you but I locked the account by doing some noob stuffs. Like, requesting for OTP via mail again and again, changing passwords constantly, changing mails etc. Then will you replace the account? Alright Lemme tell you one more thing about the buyer, Before the fortnite Account locked, he also locked the gmail account doing the same thing 'requsting for OTP again and again'. I managed to unlock the mail somehow and after some time he did the same stuff 'locked the fortnite Account'. Never judge anyone without knowing the full facts and evidencenit. If you are as ethical as you believe you are then helping out your customer should not be that hard, he's not even trying to scam you he was just asking for your help because of the unfortunate locking of the account, didn't even blamed you of what happened because he knew it wasn't your fault. The email verification got glitched which caused the game to not acknowledge the verification hence getting it locked. No one's fault.
