      so i guess the old owner took back the account. when we logged in the skin was changed and the password has been changed and we cannot get in to the account. what can we do.?

      so the guy went in again and on the skin presets typed NO ITS MY ACC. you said we should unlink accounts buy for that to happen i need the password to the ICLOUD Account as an email is sent to it. So can you comunicate with this guy and figure out whats going on. im attaching two picutres.

      Hi, thank you for letting me know. I have purchased the account from a supplier so i do not have/had contact with the user on this account.

      I'm contacting my supplier to see what is going on, in the meantime just play on the account as normal if you can. Thanks.

      yes if you look at the pic i sent you. is says that before i can disconnect i need to verify the email. but it dont have access to that icloud account.

    not only do i not get a response but now KennY420 blocked me. whao. how can this site say it uses middlemen etc and these kind of acts happen. I should have recourse to get my money back.

    @KennY420 @Kenny42O Just give the buyer a similar account that you got to resolve this do not drag this for too long but make sure its a safe one.

    A suspension has been placed on @KennY420's account.

    As of now he has not logged in since 6/26 so if he comes back he'll need to handle this dispute before he's unsuspended.

    thanks... unfortunately i still dont have an account. I used a middle man to broker the deal which is what i thought the whole point of this site was and i also purchased insurance. All that and i still got had. no account and 80 usd less. Also Kenny420 can simply open a new account under a different name and scam other people. At the end of the day Player up and the middlemen should be responsible for these these failed deals. ALso what was the insurance i bought for>??

    Same thing happened to me. Went through playerup MM with KennY420. Got the account then about 2-3 months later I get locked out. He must have recovered the account somehow. I don't know where to file a dispute because I lost 400+ dollars. He changed his name on discord and isn't replying to me when I ask for a replacement or my money back.
