32 percent fee !!!

    hello . i did this Transaction ID: 86455973 for 3.1$ . but now middle man sent me just 2.11$ !!! 32 percent fee ?!! i think its wrong . because its not my first sell here and i didnt see something like that until now ! please answer me what is this ?!

    For sales below $5, it has a fixed or high rate fee since there's no money to be made if we still charge you with 13% which is the standard fee.
