I would not have tried to resolve this issue with you personally before I go this route if I did anything to put the account in Jeopardy. I also would not have spent over $500 in game doing something suspicious, and if I used a third party they would have said that was the reason for the ban instead of what they did say. I have receipts for what I spent on the game too. That money is gone for me and I would not have spent that if I thought the account would be recalled.
spending money on the game doesn't mean anything. you changed your e-mail address, you did everything your own information Kabam has confirmed this so all the information I have provided is correct. it is not possible for me to recover this account with changing information there is nothing i can do here. because you are completely in control of your account this appears in your e-mails. kabam doesn't know me at the moment, it only knows you what can i do here !? You are the one accusing me of account sharing which, I have told you before did not do not only would I have had to share my info I would have had to share the info you gave me so someone could change the email. And like I said too change the email log in, all you need is the info you provided me. As of over a week ago someone whether it was you or the original owner changed the email log in on me and I had no access as you can clearly see in the email. How is it fair to me to pay $875 for an account and have it for a month and the log in info changes on me.
there is no information that indicates that the mail of the account has changed, this is your opinion. it's just slander. If I try to get back the account, how will I know the mail you used?
Yeh im just saying in general. You gave the buyer the email address with purchase. He changed the email afterwards. So I dont see how this is on you.
The email means nothing. The information/ Questions in the link. All you have to do is send an email from a new email address tell them the answers and it is done. When I changed the original login email I did not even go on the original email address he sent to change it. I emailed Kabam from [email protected] sent the answers he provided and they changed the email login. So when someone has the answers nothing else protects the account. I, by purchasing the account trust he is the only one with the answers to take it back. Which is exactly what happened. Then I emailed them trying to change it back to my email and they could not verify whether me or the person that changed it was the true owner. Long story short someone with the answers changed and stole the account. They don't even need my email or anything but those answers to do this.

Nothing else matters and you can take control of the account.
And BTW emreusta. You accusing any of this on me is beyond disrespectful to me. I never outright accused you of doing this I accused whoever you bought it from. You won't even admit you bought this from someone so someone else has this information too. I have only ever bought one account before this and it was from this site. Same game around 3 years ago. I still have the account safe and sound no issue. 3 years and no problem and in one month this is gone. One Month.
Its clear from the emails that @Seanf0007 provided that there was someone else other than him who has the information needed to verify the ownership, obviously that someone else is you since you are claiming that you are the original owner of the account. I don't think he'd go to this length which caused the account to be permanently closed/banned if he indeed shared the account info to someone he knows. @Seanf0007 did you check if your email got compromised? or if someone else is able to access the email other than you?
I can't offer anything as a solution because the account is entirely He is in control these events have nothing to do with me i wrote this many times I gave the original mail address to the buyer with his password and changed all the information in his favor You can see this from the mails my kabam threw
I did not share any information and would never share info that would compromise the account I paid money for that information there is no reason to share it to anyone at all. The email was not compromised either I created it the day I bought the account. It is a google account I get an alert if any new device logs in and my computer was the only thing logged into that email.
