Hi so i had just got a notification saying my account has been banned.. And i read through all the reasons on why it might have gotten banned and i saw what happened... I did not know that i was not allowed to have 2 accounts.. And the only reason i do have two accounts is because the name to this account i did not want and i couldn't figure out how to change it. And the second reason is i just couldn't seem to get the emails on Two step verification to receive due to those two issues i was having... I just thought i could make a new account because i haven't sold anything on this account and i have nothing really worth saving on this account... When i did make a new account i went through the settings on this account and i looked for somewhere that i could delete this account for good but when i couldn't find an option to do so i just gave up because i did not know that it was against the rules to have two accounts. So my new account has been banned and im really upset and worried because when i made my new account i had made a purchase on that account of $72.00 and i was waiting for Middleman thread to be created with me and the buyer.. but now its banned and i am not able to do anything on that account and im so worried because of the purchase i made ... I also had saw on the banned account that it said i can open a dispute or a thread? An explain that i only want one account and have you guys delete the one i don't need? Im not sure what to do but i need help so if there is any one that sees this PLEASE PLEASE reach out or get back too me this was a complete mistake that i was completely un aware of and it will NEVER happen again i just didn't know... This is the account that was banned... And this is the account that i made my purchase on before i has been banned .. I just posted the same thing i did on my other account just because i’m not sure how i’m supposed to do this exactly so i posted it on both accounts... This account is the one that i want i only had made this account because i couldn’t figure out how to change my name on the Milk Boy account and again i wasn’t aware that we aren’t allowed to make 2 accounts it now makes sense now that i’ve read the rules and such.. Just to make it clear, you were right about the reason why your account @Remiboi got suspended but you dont have just 2 accounts, you have 4 accounts in total. So to fix it, i need you to tell us which account do you want to keep using permanently?

If you could get back to me you would have no idea how much that would mean to me and make my entire week. So pretty much my account (Remiboi) was suspended due to having 'Multiple' accounts. This was an absolutely genuine mistake and i had not meant to break any rules what so ever. So my very first account i had ever made was this account (Milk boy). I didn't like the name i had chose, I just wanted to make a new account because i couldn't figure out how to change the username and i also wanted to use my personal email because i found a account that i found was for sell and that i wanted to purchase. I went ahead and made a new Player Up account and i went to the listing i found and i had contacted the seller i talked to him for awhile and i went ahead and made the purchase with the total amount of i believe $72 USD. This whole time i had no clue at all that it was against the rules of PlayerUp to have two accounts. I genuinely had not a clue and i didn't know that or else i obviously wouldn't of made a second account and made a purchase on the account. Not even 24 hours after i made the purchase i went onto PlayerUp to check the status of my Transaction / Middleman service is what i had used for my purchase, but i logged on just too see I've been suspended and that's all it didn't say anything on what would happen with my on going purchase or nothing. So i quickly emailed, I made a thread, I sent a dispute and i did what it had said which was find my name in the list of bans and type out my situation and see if i can get it reversed. I had did all of the above i have done everything i can possibly think of. I don't want 2 accounts i only need one and ill only ever use one i just need to get my purchase complete i don't know how long the seller is going to keep waiting for me.. @Help @PlayerUp Bot @Rolan
