Stole Money Please help my account was banned due too a mistake and i made a purchase of alot of money help!

    Hi so i had just got a notification saying my account has been banned.. And i read through all the reasons on why it might have gotten banned and i saw what happened... I did not know that i was not allowed to have 2 accounts.. And the only reason i do have two accounts is because the name to this account i did not want and i couldn't figure out how to change it. And the second reason is i just couldn't seem to get the emails on Two step verification to receive due to those two issues i was having... I just thought i could make a new account because i haven't sold anything on this account and i have nothing really worth saving on this account... When i did make a new account i went through the settings on this account and i looked for somewhere that i could delete this account for good but when i couldn't find an option to do so i just gave up because i did not know that it was against the rules to have two accounts. So my new account has been banned and im really upset and worried because when i made my new account i had made a purchase on that account of $72.00 and i was waiting for Middleman thread to be created with me and the buyer.. but now its banned and i am not able to do anything on that account and im so worried because of the purchase i made ... I also had saw on the banned account that it said i can open a dispute or a thread? An explain that i only want one account and have you guys delete the one i don't need? Im not sure what to do but i need help so if there is any one that sees this PLEASE PLEASE reach out or get back too me this was a complete mistake that i was completely un aware of and it will NEVER happen again i just didn't know... :(

    Hey so i tried loking for my name FOREVER!!!!! i couldnt find it under ALLL the names

    It was almost impossible because there is 100s and 100s almost 1000s above my name i scrolled for so long and couldnt find it... And i cant find anyone to help me Please can you help me im so desperate :( i made a decent purchase thats the only reason im soooo worried and upset please!
