    I do not know if this person is a fraudster or not, I personally sold my account through PayPal, there is a buyer's protection, and the person who bought it is happy and has a review. although I offer an exchange as well through this site

    Paypal f&f refers to Friends and Family. Which has 0 buyer/seller protection, and is widely used by people scamming others.

    No way should anyone ever buy something using Paypal F&F

    there is also a service with buyer protection that allows you to check the product, after which the money is only credited to the seller

    ....which then wouldnt be a "Friends and Family" transaction, as which the OP specified.

    Friends and family is the type of payment he accepts. Friends and family has no buyer protection whatsoever.
