Why Should The Feedback Be Removed The Buyer purchased Instagram followers from us on May 05, 2020. The order was delivered as usual and the Buyer confirmed the delivery. Sometimes a few profiles face minor drop after an Instagram update, so all our Instagram services come with an after-sale warranty of 12 months. If the profile face any drop in the followers, we refill it for free to ensure that the customer is always satisfied. We have already mentioned it in our Terms of Services [Image-a] that every profile is eligible for free refill during warranty period. After the service was delivered, due to an Instagram update, the Buyer faced some drop in his profile. He failed to bring it to our notice and immediately left a negative feedback instead. We delivered the followers, in case of any drop during the warranty period, we were ready to refill it if the Buyer had raised his concern (private message or on 3-way ticket). The Buyer did not read our Terms of Services to understand how our services work, and immediately left a feedback ASSUMING we were like other sellers and would disappear in case of drops. We even tried to contact the Buyer [Image-b] to make him understand how our services work, so he could claim his warranty for what he purchased and leave satisfied like all other customers, but he hasn't checked his profile since then. This feedback should be removed (or edited) because we are selling what we are advertising. This feedback is misleading to the future Buyers who will mistaken us for other cheap sellers who deliver the followers and disappear in case of drops. This is not our case, as we offer full warranty. IF SOMEONE FAILED TO CLAIM HIS WARRANTY, we cannot be held responsible. This will create confusion and misjudgment for the future interested buyers. 6. Provide All Chat Logs, Screenshots and Additional Information Below (a) Clearly mentioned in our Terms of Services that FREE REFILLS are provided during warranty period in case of drops (b) Multiple attempts to contact Buyer to make him understand how our services work and that he was eligible for FREE REFILLS
