Somebody under your logo where scammed me as a middleman. I made my ask for a mm on your website officially, and then came this Edward Reyes as a middlemen of yours, with your logo. They took my base , now i have no gamecenter access to it. I had to report it to the FBI, if you want to i can attach it , but i do not understand how come, never came anybody from your side as a middleman, while i was asking it officially on your homepage. It looks like somebody from playerup is involved in this scamming!
Edward Reyes isn't affiliated with our company. Just because someone uses our "logo" doesn't mean he works for us. If someone contacts you with the Apple logo and says they work for Apple and will upgrade your devices for free once you hand over your iPhone, do you do it? No. Same process applies here. Why you do not make your service more correct, not to get into a situation like that? Why a middleman is not giving alert if he doesn't find the applying costumer?
I understand your frustrations at being scammed but there is no reason to blame us as if it's our fault. We have no control over your actions and what you do with your account. We didn't conduct any communications with you nor did we do anything to initiate the problems you're experiencing. Over the last couple messages you have sent us especially the private messages, the direction of your messages have been aggressive attacking us as if we did this or as if it's our fault. While we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues, you can either follow the site directions, open a dispute in the Disputes Section providing us the information we need to assist you, or we will close all communications on this issue as we're not going to go back and forth being blamed for something we have no involvement in.
