I was double billed

    Payment provider safe charge told me to reference order #922199825

    Purchased an item and while the PayPal fee was pending seller advised due to wait times trying another payment method, conversation visible here https://www.playerup.com/conversati...tiple-trophies-can-create-subreddits.1607762/

    I paid with credit card and asked payment provider paysafe to cancel pending PayPal transaction, they said a refund could be made once it went through

    Now directing me here for my refund. I paid twice and have recieved no second item or even store credit and would like this resolved immediately
