Hi I`m sold my grow topia account in 14/05/2020 but i don`t get payment ticket yet in 9 days is it normal?Please help me for resolving that. I`m write more times to middleman but always get autoreply SELLER (me) AND BUYER SUBMITED TICKET in 14/05/2020

Once the MM Balance has been credited to your account, you would need to request a Cashout MM Balance and wait for approximately 1-96hrs. We're currently having Sending Limit issues with PayPal which is causing this delay on your payout. This has happened in the past, has been fixed but PayPal has set new sending limits again on our accounts. We're now asking sellers to switch to an alternative payment option as there is no ETA on when this will be fixed. @Khalig Valiyev in case you are using PayPal to receive your payment.
