I'm not understanding what's going on. You bought your own account? How does he have access to your account and why did you buy it if it's your own account? Can you be clear on what exactly you want us to do? Your Middleman payment will be refunded to you. What else do you want to be done? Why would you ever buy your own account? This isn't making sense. I'm suspending @birch juice until this is fully resolved. But as of now @belisarius I have no clue what is even going on and it hasn't been properly explained.
a day after i posted an ad to sell my account, i recieved a message from birch juice which was a copy paste of my ad, containing a link. after negotioation in discord the link i thought as a noob in online account selling this was meant for approving the deal as one of the sides of it was actually a link for me to pay. ive linked my account to a facebook account birch provided while i missunderstood the deal to have been made for him to pay me. that is the chain of events.
msf support explained i cannot unlink his facebook account from my msf account nor delete my msf account. if possible i'd like to get the payment i was scammed out of, though i'd understand if its not possible to make birch pay it. having my own money back and having you all aware of birch's scamming ways and thus stopping him from scamming any more people would be enough

For what? This account is linked to my fb account, i wasn't going to pay him for it. How can you believe a person who pays for his own account and then blame me? It just doesn't make any sense... In addition, I have already had a successful deal on your website. I bought an account for 140$ a week ago, i think scammer wouldn't have done this.

Name changes to "Paid for own acc" and other things tell me something isn't right with your story. How did you get access to the account and only have access via a facebook link and nothing else?
