Stole Money I’ve been scammed and frauded by Muramasa

    My name is Caleb Kinsey.
    Shortly after I sent this user the money through PayPal, he informed me PlayerUp would send me the account info. I then see he still had the ad for the same account I bought online and changed the price to $50. I then made a dispute through PayPal that he stole my money. He told me PlayerUp would refund my first transaction I sent to him even though we did not use the middleman service. He has lied and frauded me out of $63. I need playerup help with PayPal in helping me get my money back. He also claims to PayPal that he sent me the account info through a private message which I never received. He told me PlayerUp would send the details so he is lying about everything. Please Help me. Below is the conversation we had back and forth. I will also post the dispute he made to PayPal.





    Caleb Kinsey: Hi, I’d like to buy your account. I can PayPal you the money, do I have any guarantee that I get it after I send the money?

    Muramasa: Please use Playerup's Buy Now link so that you're protected by them. It will be immediately sent to you once they verify your payment. Thanks

    NOTE: There was no player up Buyers link. When I clicked Buy Now, it directed me to his playerup.com. I didn’t know any better because I’ve never used this website before.

    Muramasa: Also don't forget to include the fee because they will reject your payment if it does not include the 10% fee. You must send 33$ in total. Thanks

    Muramasa: You have to send them the exact payment. Are you new to playerup? It is part of their rules in the process.

    Caleb Kinsey: Ok I sent the money.

    Muramasa: Did you include the 10% fee of playerup? because if not, they will reject your payment. Try re-sending 33$. Don't worry about your previous money sent because it will be refunded by them. Thanks

    Muramasa: It does not work that way, they will all be refunded back to you by Playerup. You must send the exact payment which is 33 in one transaction.

I clicked Buy Now and it went to is playerup.com, then he asked me to send him more money and that my first payment I sent would be refunded. I never received the account information, I have contacted the website he is posting on and reported him. Please refund me the money.

    The Buy Now link directed me to a PayPal of the name of Dave Palce. This must be Muramasa.

    here is conversations between us. Proof he is lying from the beginning. He was Scamming me for more money saying I had to send him another payment with the player up fee included. He said PlayerUp would be refunding me, how is that possible when he did not use Middleman as the service but PayPal? That means he should have given me a refund through his PayPal. He then tells PayPal that he sent me the account through a private message. Any administrator can look through my account and Muramasa account and see that no such message exists. He’s lied to PayPal and all I need is help from PlayerUp to verify to PayPal that this man had defrauded me out of $63 dollars.

    the original post of the account was for $30 dollars. When I clicked on Buy Now it directed me to playerup.com website where I sent him 2 payments. The first for 30 and the second for 33. He requested I send a 10% fee and that’s how PlayerUp worked. I opened a dispute with PayPal as soon as I realized I had been scammed. He reposted the same account I bought and changed the price to $50 dollars. PayPal is receiving the case now and I need PlayerUp to help me prove that he is a scammer.

    can you please verify by checking his and my accounts that no such private message was sent? They are reviewing the information and he is claiming to PayPal that he sent me his account information. Just something I can show them for support so that I get my money back???

    PayPal will side with you this... He has no proof he sent account details and even if he did they don't allow digital goods on there platform.

    Call them up and maybe you can get him banned off PayPal as well.

    Either way, good luck on the chargeback!
