    I made a purchase for a tides of war account and it was not as promised I didn’t even get to confirm before money was given I need a refund if possible it was 100$

    I am the_maurice and in the original selling thread I requested the middleman for assistance with the dispute I have with user Zuelous already more than a week ago, but till now no reaction of PlayerUp on there. Because I disagree with him about the transaction. I exactly described what I sold him, you can verify this with the original thread and my screenshots. Please activate my account again and review my comments in the middleman thread

    Actually user Zuelous is playing dirty tricks here. First he bought my account, I transferred my account fully to him, after more than 24 hour he cancels the buy with the excuse that it's not what he expected (but as I said, the things I described in the original selling thread is exactly what he received), and now as a result he still holds my account and keeps playing and on top of that he got me suspended and I still didn't get my money yet

    @Rolan why does no Middleman respond after I changed the 3 way conversation status to "Seller need MM assistance" ? In that thread everything is written in full detail, but I can tell you how it went:

    In my selling add I described the content of my account very precise. "All master gear, 107M power, 431 ship blueprints, 10000 essence, 38000 salvage kits, 2800 bloody coins, 10000 auto hunting, 250 8hr peace shields, 60 move tickets/60 assault, Thousands of speedups and lots of stamina, ASA alliance, server 142. Tacticians 6 lvl5, 1 lvl4, the lvl3 are 30+ upgraded. All pirates are quartermasters, 3000 first mates and 210 tough quartermaster, 12000 spare quartermasters, Many buildings lvl28, Ruling: 51%, Pirates: 28%, Ships: 48%, Resources: 54%, War: 1.7%, Experiment Research: 7.5%.
    User Zuelous bought the account, he transferred the $100 to PlayerUp, I gave him full ownership of the account with email and password, I changed the 3 way thread to "Seller confirms delivery" and asked Zuelous to check the account and please change the status to "Buyer confirms delivery". Then I didn't hear from him for more than 24 hours. After more than a day he cancelled the buy with the exact following comment "Account not as promoted thought there was more rss and gold".
    The account had almost maxed out rss and there was more than a 100k gold! So I didn't agree with this cancellation and definitely not with this reason, because he could have seen this rss and gold amount immediately after he took over my account. Then why did he keep playing for more than a day. And the account has EXACTLY the things I described in the add, the rss and gold I didn't even describe in the add because it has no worth in this game. For instance, if you play an afternoon and do some attacking and harvesting, you got loads of rss and gold. That's not what decides the value of the account. The value of the account lies in the years work to get to the things I described in the add. Things like fortress level, user level, ships, pirates, etcetera. That's why the account is worth what the buyer paid for it, not some easy to get rss and gold. So the cancellation reason is imo not a valid one and he got exactly what I offered him in the thread, so can you please disapprove his invalid cancellation reason so I can get the money transferred to my account. He is still having my account now and we are 3 weeks further and I am still not being paid. Thank you

    @Rolan after I transferred the account to the buyer he changed the password, but I still have the screenshots from a day before I transferred the account. As you can see the account contains exactly what I described in the add and also has loads of rss and more than 100k gold. I uploaded them to Imgur

    I don't know to which buyers issue you are referring? His only issue was that there is too little rss and gold but I already proved you with the screenshots that this is not the case. The situation is that he holds the account but I am still not being paid, I wish this can be resolved as soon as possible

    @Zuelous has not logged in since 5/15, was that the only reason why he said that the account was not as you have described in your post? Because it has lesser rss and gold? Can you take a screenshot of that particular message and post it here please?

    @Rolan yes that is the account. And yes that is his only reason to cancel the buy. Here is the screenshot. Maybe he doesn't login anymore because he got what he wanted.

    I've never played the game so i have no clue on how really easy/simple it is to farm rss or gold there but if what you are saying is true then yes i think its unfair to cancel the transaction base on that things especially if you were still playing the account and doing a little bit progress on it which would require you to use up some rss and gold before it got purchased.

    @Zuelous i think you should reconsider and just continue with completing this transaction.

    @Middleman what to do here since the buyer seems to be inactive?
