I had given the buyer the account, I was lenient with the buyer and very patient. He was given a substantial amount of time to pay in full the amount I had asked for. He was unsuccessful in doing so, so I had taken matters into my own hands. I don't think this dispute should affect me from receiving any payment because I did send the buyer information to the account without payment. I had to block the buyer from all forms of communication for the fact that I was constantly harassed. The buyer til' this day has full control over the account.
This is completely false and the seller knows that. He says that he was harassed? I messaged him from multiple accounts asking me for the account back. I even made a fake account and messaged him and he offered to sell me the account that I had originally bought. If messaging someone to obtain what is rightfully yours is harassment then lock me up. I paid the seller $150 in iTunes gift cards. Like I explained to him that was all I could pay because my card was disabled due to activity that my bank deemed fraudulent. (I had purchased some jerseys from China). I wasn't able to fix my card because I had to go to my bank and resolve it which he said he understood. I told him once I returned from college I would go to the bank and pay him the remaining $50. I was harassed every day by the seller via k1k to pay him even though I told him I couldn't at the time. He recovered the account logged onto it and typed "b1tc*" in the clan chat to tell me that he was in control and that he had control of the account. I begged my roommate to loan me $50 so I could purchase another gift code. I got in contact with him and he told me that he would give me the account details once again if I paid him. I sent him the code and he promptly blocked me. I do not have the account, he does. He is a scammer and will continue doing so.
I do not believe so, the user Anthony Soto has blocked me on all communication platforms. I doubt I will ever receive the money I paid him or the account that I purchased.
