Also he just left chat afterwards because he knows I found out he was actually a scammer isn’t the first time someone has scammed long time ago I buy an account with PayPal buy different platform but the payments was on friends & family so there was no way PayPal could refund me back, but I hope now in this case there’s a solution for it. Just tell them that you did not received the item that you purchased and it waa a digital product. If PayPal can't help you then the best option you got is to call your bank to directly receive your money back to your bank account.
