My site with around 1 million users was deindexed for "Pure spam", although my site didn't violate any of the Webmaster Guidelines. One of my competitors was hit by this as well, however he had a contact with Google and was able to get re-indexed. I'm paying someone $500 to find an employee or get in touch with them, so I can find what the issue is with my site and get re-indexed again. I opened a post on the Google community forums, but no one knew what the issue was.
