    He sold me an account. When I logged in the account, i transfeered funds into it. He then logged in and changed the pw, stole the funds i transfered, and never gave me any account that I purchased.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...
    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Inside, write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the original payment method that you used when you made your purchase for the refund.

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    i have been clicking around the site looking for either of those two things and have not found them

    the order is already under pending cancellations. i requested a cancellation but nobody has gotten back to me

    Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket - do i create a new middlemand listing? support tickets only have automated response available for middleman related tickets

    Transaction's Private Conversation - i can start a new conversation... but with tho?
