    He asked me to do F+F so unfortunately PayPal wont open a dispute. I messaged them so we'll see but thanks for your help anyways.

    You need to contact your bank. Thats what I did. Once the charge is on your bank account (not pending) call up your bank and file a claim that you want to dispute the charge. They should give you your money back.
