    Hello, our shop is engaged in reselling accounts. In this regard, there are incidents when past dishonest owners decide to earn more and for this they try to restore accounts or write to direct in order to get more money. This happens infrequently, but in such cases we always offer a replacement, which we did in the case of this buyer. A replacement is an account from the same price category ($ 10), but he required too much (a refund in the 2nd size and an account for 10k subscribers), which we refused and did only refund, by the way, the account he bought was and remains valid.

    Hey Rolan sorry for the late reply, this pictures provided are Where they said id recieve a refund, second one is where they state they make all accounts sold, and 3rd is dms from owner of account informing me it was stolen

    Ive since returned account to seller and ive yet to receive any refund or update on said refund.
    his claims that they sell legit taint this website which is quite saddening.

    I guess, u dont know how refund-system works on playerup : both sides cancel order, but we are waiting middleman agent to submit cancellation, i cant give u money, cause i dont have it
